Step 3. Create a new Role – “MCP AI Integration User”

Step 4 - Add the following Permissions to the Role-

• Login using 0Auth2.0 Access Tokens
• MCP Server connection
• Oauth2.0 Authorized applications management (Set their permissions to full)

Step 5 - Connect Claude via Settings → Connectors → Add Custom Connector.

Step 6 – Name the NetSuite Account, for instance, Here it is used -Dev Netsuite account

Add remote NetSuite AI Connector Service URL -

• <accountID>: Replace this placeholder with your actual NetSuite account ID.
• suitetalk.ai.netsuite.com: This is the domain used for AI integrations
• services/mcp/v1/all: This endpoint retrieves all available MCP tools.

Including /all at the end is essential; omitting it may result in a disconnected status in Claude.

Step 7-

• Click Add. Your custom NetSuite connector will be visible in the list of connectors.
• Click Connect.
• On the first connection, you'll be prompted to allow or deny access to your NetSuite account.
• After you allow access, on subsequent connections, you're informed that Claude already has access, and you're asked to go back or continue. If connected successfully, a popup message appears.

Now, Authorize and test with read-only prompts in sandbox.
